While I have started reading Lisp in Small Pieces, it hasn't had quite the impact on me. Today I made the first order – “Lisp in Small Pieces” – it's just the kind of book to buy as a special present to myself. McCarthy He does a great job in Lisp in Small Pieces, but it's building on the foundation that McCarthy layed down.
